Well folks, it is that time of year again: St. Patrick’s Day approaches.
The boys are in rare form coming off the momentum from the new album release, a flurry of radio play and a wildly successful living room tour (at least as far as you know). They are ready to drink some regularly colored beer and ROCK THE IRISH. Giddyup.
The main event this year is the headlining show
****** THE ABBEY PUB, MARCH 15TH, 10 PM *******
Other notable performances include:
St. Cornelius (North Side), March 1, 8 pm
Blarney Stone (South Side), March 8, 10 pm
O’Brien’s (Old Towne), March 15th, 11:30 am – 2:30 pm
House of Blues (not the MainStage but still…HOB!!!), March 15, 4 pm – 6 pm

We had a wonderful time, met wonderful people and learned a lot. The biggest takeaway: Why didn’t we think of this earlier?! We love playing at peoples’ homes for fans who want to listen! Thanks to all our hosts.
Secret plans for a special outdoor version of the tour are underway and dates are available in late May and June. Interested? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more info.
is St. Paddy’s day approaching?
The boys are currently promoting the release of the new record with a series of appearances in living rooms across Chicagoland. The new “micro-tour” is creating a more intimate musical experience so listeners can hear the music and share laughs and stories with the band. Also, the guys get some free food and wine out of the deal.
Are you interested in hosting the band in your living room? There are still a couple dates left in January and February. If you can pull together thirty people who want to listen to good music and buy the new record, we’ll be there. Don’t blame us if a dance part breaks out.
Contact us at email@example.com. Also, let us know what we can bring.
Thanks to everyone who came to the Abbey on November 23rd for the release of There Will Be Music When We’re Dead! We were touched that so many people showed up to support us including our new friends who heard us on one of the radio appearances on 1490 AM and 90.9 FM. One guy who none of us knew told us we “really rocked!” So that felt pretty good. Pretty good indeed.
Dear friends of Great Whiskey,
You are invited to an exclusive party to celebrate the release of The Great Whiskey Project’s debut album There Will Be Music When We’re Dead.
It’s been a lot of work to finish this project and the boys are very appreciative of your continued support. So let’s party!
This will not be a standard performance – dancing will be damn near mandatory and there will be prizes and raffles. Also, we would like you to bring your children.
